By using Mazdaat you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Mazdaat offers an online marketplace (shop and auctions) and optional promotional campaigns where a genuine shopping-credit purchase may include complimentary draw entries.
Age
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in promotions.
Territory
Promotions are limited to the United Arab Emirates unless we expressly expand eligibility. You must provide accurate location information.
Shop-and-win model
You purchase store credit redeemable for merchandise. Complimentary tickets are free and subordinate to that purchase. We do not sell lottery tickets as a standalone product in the consumer app experience.
Apple disclaimer
Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any manner with, any Mazdaat contest, raffle, or promotion.
Payments & refunds
Completed purchases that issued complimentary entries may be non-refundable where required to protect draw integrity. Where a payment is reversed before entries are finalized, entries will not be issued or will be voided.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mazdaat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
