Mazdaat (“we”) operates a marketplace with optional shop-and-win campaigns. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), date of birth and country for age and territory eligibility, shipping addresses, payment references, order history, and complimentary draw entry records.

How we use data

We use data to run the store, process payments, issue store credit and complimentary entries, run live draws, fulfill prizes, prevent fraud, and meet legal and platform requirements.

Sharing

We may share data with payment processors, logistics partners, and regulators when required. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account and order data while your account is active. Draw entry records may be retained as needed for audit integrity after account deletion.

Delete your data

You can request deletion of your account and personal data from your dashboard. Open dashboard → Delete Account
